The watch wasn't working properly. Was showing the incorrect time after setting it manually several times. Hence, was returned waiting for the correct one to be delivered. Also the quality in reality in terms of aesthetics is nowhere close to the pictures shown in the website.
I had ordered 2 watches and the product is not upto my expectations. Looks completely different from what I saw while ordering.
These things need to be rectified if you want to grow as a company and want to win over the trust of your customers.
I am highly disappointed on that!
