Bad experience

Received different and faulty product. Ordered female watch received male watch 😂

Jesko Silver Large Dial Black Silicone Strap Men's Watch

Stopped working 6 months after buying, sent for repair 3 times but still doesn't work

I got this in Aug 2025. At first, I only used it occasionally but around Jan 2026 I started using it everyday. In March, I noticed that the watch worked but then suddenly slowed down/stopped working so there was a delay in the time it showed. I contacted them on mail since the product was still under warranty. They collected the product and fixed and sent it back. Within a week, the same problem started occuring again. Since then, I have sent the watch back 3 times now over the past 6 months but the same problem occurs every single time within a week of the watch reaching me. There has been no external damage, no wear and tear, no water contact yet the watch just does not seem to work well. I dont know if they even fix it everytime it reaches their warehouse or they just send it back as it is. The watch is really pretty and looks good, but it's a shame it works like crap.

Not too worthy

This watch is only good for its appearance; it's unisex and formal. But it's not waterproof, and the two buttons on the right side, above and below the time-setting button are non functional, they are not clickable like the middle button. Also the mini watches inside the watch are only there for decoration, they do not work
