WARRANTY POLICY
TERMS OF WARRANTY
Joker & Witch offers warranty only on our Watches.
Warranty is not applicable on our Jewellery or any other category.
WARRANTY DETAILS FOR WATCHES
- One year warranty from date of Invoice.
- Warranty only covers the accuracy of the timekeeping (watch mechanism), manufacturing defects and battery replacement for the time period stated above.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER-
- Normal or excessive wear and tear
- Damage caused by mishandling including damage to the glass/straps/watch case/bracelet
- Damage caused by watch being opened anywhere other than a Joker & Witch Warehouse.
- Damage due to water entry in a non-water resistant watch
- Any consequential damage or loss arising on account of the aforesaid
Subject to the above conditions being met during the warranty period , Joker & Witch will regulate, adjust, repair or replace parts or the movement to restore your Joker & Witch watch to its full working order without charge to you.
HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY
- Send an email to support@jokerandwitch.com with your order number and details about your warranty claim.
- Wait for our team to approve your claim via email.
- Once approved, we will arrange for the watch to be picked up from your address.
- Securely package the watch in the original packaging or a suitable alternative.
- Joker & Witch will book the return shipping and take care of everything.
- Once we receive the watch at our warehouse, our expert technicians will work on fixing the issue and keep you informed about the progress via email.
- If the watch can be fixed, we will send it back to you within a week, and there will be no additional charges for the repair.
- However, if the issue is unfixable, our team will suggest an alternate solution via email.
