How do I place an order?
Simply navigate to your item(s) of choice, and select the color/size (if applicable) you want. Click the ADD TO CART button. Your items are now in your shopping cart!
Once you've added all the items you want to your cart, click on the cart icon at the very top of the page to view your cart.
Check that all the items in your cart are correct, and click CHECKOUT to proceed to payment. Follow the check out process by logging in (for returning customers) or registering i.e filling in your details manually (for new customers). For new customers, you will be asked to enter your shipping details. Post that you will be on the payments selection page where you can apply any COUPON CODE (if applicable) and then select your preferred mode of payment i.e. either COD (Cash on Delivery) or CREDIT CARD (for Credit Card, Debit Card & Netbanking through a secured payment gateway)
Click COMPLETE ORDER to place your Order. Once you've placed your order successfully, please check your email for your order confirmation. For those who have selected COD as the payment method, you will find instructions on "HOW TO CONFIRM YOUR COD ORDER?" in the order confirmation email. I am unable to place an Order online, what do I do?

How do I make a payment?
We accept Master Card, Visa credit, Debit & Credit Cards & American Express. We also have an option of net banking and Cash on Delivery.
What happens if my credit/debit card has been compromised while making a payment online?
We do not collect or store your credit card information. If you suspect any such thing, then please report this immediately to bank.
What happens if merchandise ordered is out of stock?
If a product goes out of stock while adding it to your shopping cart, you will be informed immediately and the merchandise will not get added to the shopping cart.
Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order?
No, there’s no limit. Each order is verified with you via email/telephone in order to ensure your security and confirmation.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. You can get in touch with our customer support with your order details and take further steps.
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, banks normally roll it back within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. Do you Ship Internationally?
As of now, we ship only within INDIA.
Can I change the shipping address of the order?
You can change the shipping address before your order is billed or shipped. This could be done by contacting our customer support with your order details.
What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?
Delivery Time will be around 2-5 working days for METROS & TIER 1 cities, and approx. 4-7 working days for TIER 2/3 cities & Rural regions..
What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?
If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Please refer to our “Returns Policy” section for more details.
What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?
If you notice that your parcel is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging material. You need to get in touch with the customer support and intimate the action immediately.
