The watch stopped working just two days after I started using it. I replaced the battery with a new cell, but it still does not work. I also tried to raise a return request within the 7-day return period after delivery, but the return option was not working on the website. I even emailed customer support about the issue, but I have not received any response yet.
I honestly did not expect such poor quality from this product. The product stopped working within just two days, and the lack of support and response from the seller is extremely disappointing. I request you to please resolve this issue.
