I ordered the product on 15/10 after the reading the shipping policy as 2-5 days for shipping but the order was being delivered on 25/10 and the logistical service is very poor and not up to the mark and I was leaving the country on the 22/10 and was not able to get the watch hence this made my experience terrible.
The product which I have received is not in the good state , the glass is completely broken and the return policy is also not functioning properly, it's been more than 10 days but no any action has been taken on the return policy
