Late response time

I tried to cancel my order soon after I placed it because I wanted to place an order for another product for which I sent an email requesting cancellation (on a working day- Wednesday 30th August) . When I did not receive a response, I tried calling the given number but no response again.
Few hours after I received the package, I got an email reply that said order cannot be cancelled you can refuse to accept the parcel from delivery agent. I had to gift it so I could not return it but I wish I could buy the other product.

On 29th August 2023 delivered combo watch pack. In this one gents watch not working immediately reply to your team, on 4th sep. 2023 your team said hear the tik tik sound. I tried so many time after delivery. But no tik tik sound. So what is return back policy??
