Quality don’t satisfy with money we paid
I didn't like your watch.
I want to return it and I called customer care but they are saying if u don't repond we will disconnect even though I was speaking. They are not allowing me to return.
I am waiting for there response.
Ordered some earrings and anklets from the website for my daughter's birthday party. The anklets turned to be faulty with a single clasp for two of the anklets and the colour coming off of one pair of earrings. Now J&W are insisting that I should have taken a video of the unboxing. I have a child who was waiting impatiently for the gift and she opened it hurriedly. J&W CCare have placed a request for replacement which will not arrive before the party. Now my child is disappointed as she can't wear the anklet and earrings for her party. Total waste of money, plus added disappointment for my child.
Quality don’t satisfy with money we paid
The PU STRAP of the watch started to wear on my first two wear. So so disappointed. Never purchasing again and would not recommend to anyone.
Product are awesome all are perfect and also hoping that they not become fed up
