The service for calls is very bad its been almost 12 times me calling for return and before that to know why my watch is not working but there was no reply, on emails they reply after a day that too not straight reply. My watch was not working yet the quality and all was good of all the three products but the watch was not working and it did seem like that if it accidentally fell it would break, I am just willing to give 2 stars just for the beautiful design rest the service and management is not good I would to ask the JnW to please take a good check of your watches specially before sending your orders it really disappoints your customers that after receiving our order after 7 - 8 days they come out to be not working and when you want to return your app doesn't support and nor does your customer care its very much disappointing, please check your orders, your watches please that they are in good condition and are working perfectly and please start to upgrade your materials.
