I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service. The delivery executive claimed they could not find my address, yet no attempt was made to contact me on the phone number provided. If the address was genuinely difficult to locate, the first step should have been to call the customer.
The tracking shows three delivery attempts, but I did not receive a single phone call, SMS, or any communication during any of those supposed attempts. I find it hard to believe that three genuine delivery attempts were made without even one call.
This reflects a complete lack of professionalism and responsibility. Marking delivery attempts without contacting the customer is unacceptable and creates unnecessary inconvenience.
I request that this issue be investigated immediately, the package be delivered by a responsible delivery executive, and appropriate action be taken to prevent such poor service from happening again
