Worst product and services.

I bought this watch on August and it was not working so I sent an email to them. They took 15 days for the exchange and the main thing is after sending mail we have to call them and inform them that I have requested for exchange in mail. After continuously calling them and sending msgs they finally processed my request and gave me the exchanged product after 2 weeks. But when I opened the package I realised that they have given me the same watch with new box packing. Such a rude service. They think costumers are fools. I am never going to buy any watch of your brand.
