There is a delay of around 30 mins in 3 hrs. When I mailed customer support team about this. Instead of arranging a pickup and testing it in their labs, they asked me to shoot a 60 second video and all the non-sense. J&W even asked me to attach a copy of invoice when I already provided them with my order-id, just trying to trouble the customer. I mean what is the sense of all the online process, softwares, databases.. Companies provide extended warranties on their watches which do not require to be claimed in ages. But J&W seems to be manufacturing their products in not even 1st or 2nd but 3rd class Chinese factories. My sister recommend me this brand, I guess she just purchased their products and never wore them.lol.
