I have received the watch twice, and on both occasions, it was delivered in a damaged condition.
I am extremely disappointed with the response from your team, which has been the worst so far. There have been no proper commitments or follow-ups from your side.
As per your email, a return pickup was supposed to be arranged within two working days; however, there has been no response, and no return delivery person has arrived yet.
