The watch got damaged automatically within just wearing 3days

I did not expect such disaster which happened! The watch looks really good but all the hands of the watch got broken inside automatically so it is a useless showpiece for me now! I absolutely regret my decision to choose this brand. I want a refund or exchange of this watch.

the watch looka very stylish and beautiful.. only issue is it has hard strap and the strap while wearing doesnot bend so that extra force is needed to bend the strap leading damage of the strap on a regular usage.. But for price this quality is good..
