The pendant is at all not how it looks like in the pictures given. It's hue is very dull and chain is very weak, it would take it a small sudden motility and it would break into parts. J&W Team, it was very pathetic experience buying the order :(
Your return process is extremely time consuming. Also the response time is very long from your executive.
The watch stops every time since Iv bought it and the day, min columns are just for show.
I ordered a watch and layered chain. The watch was perfectly fine and looked elegant. But the chain I received was little tarnished. Kindly check the product's condition properly before sending it out for delivery. Overall the experience was good. Looking forward to shop more.
