I ordered two watches from Joker & Witch. One watch was really good, and I also liked the second watch, but unfortunately, the second watch was not working when I received it.
I didn’t have enough time to return it, so I had to replace the cell myself and get it working. I ordered from Joker & Witch with trust, so receiving a non-working product was disappointing.
Overall, I liked the watches, but I expected better quality checks before delivery. I hope this issue is taken seriously and such products are properly checked before being shipped.
