I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my Joker & Witch watch. I purchased it just last month, and within 15–16 days it completely stopped working. Thinking it was a battery issue, I even replaced the battery, but the watch is still dead. On top of that, the color has already started fading after only a few days of use.
I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but my calls are not being answered. This is unacceptable for a product that is barely a month old. I have completely wasted my money on this watch.
I request an immediate replacement or refund. If I do not receive a proper response, I will be forced to escalate the matter through consumer grievance channels.
