The Watch is nice

The watch I order was good and pretty. It was same as what shown on your website, so I'm kinda happy and satisfied with your product.
What I'm unhappy with is your customer service. Your website should be more user friendly and tracking the status of my order should be better, atleast the basics. The customer service needs are not well catered by the website and even the phone no. only works by 9 to 5. It's not easy for everyone. Well there are more things as well but long story short, I do like your products but now I'm sceptical to order again. You know it's tiring to mail for every single thing. I have to take some time out and mail every single time. So I don't know anymore. I hope you people figure it out how sort this type of situation.

review for joker and witch -watch

I liked the way of treating your customers, we were regularly notified about the product from the day of order to delivery which was so good. we don't want to worry about its delivery which is 100% safe and trustable. the quality of the product wa also good. but i am little disappointed about the strap colour, i expected hazelnut brown but the product was saddle tan shade.
