Upon communicating with the customer service representative, he assured and told me how to exchange the watches i purchased. After following the process n paid the difference amount, my exchange process is not initiated and no acknowledgement has been received yet. This process i have done 2 times and my balance amount has been refunded in my bank account. Highly disappointed with the customer service
