Neither the product is going nor the money is coming, I have mailed it twice and requested for return thrice
Firstly I received 2 watches in 1 box and one of their buckle’s color is faded so I had to return it but since both are in single box I had to return both watches. I have placed return request 10-15 days back and since it has not been picked up. I get message daily for pick up but no one comes. This is really frustrating. I even called customer care 3 days back and he told that courier company has delayed pickup and should be done in 24-48 hours. Its been 3 days since then and yet no one has come.
i was supposed to get my order on 30th August... and everyday since I'm trying to connect with the CC team but it is either not a working day for them like today they said due to bank holiday or they ask us to wait 24-48hrs until they escalate the case to their senior but actually never do, because they gave me same answer the 3 times in last 7 days i was actually connected to the agent.
