Belt lock was too loose . And it was too light weight . So I don't think it was original
I ordered a watch from Joker & Witch and was extremely disappointed with the product quality — it looked very different from what was shown online.
I returned the item within the 7-day return window, only to find that ₹75 was deducted as a return charge. This fee was not mentioned anywhere on the product page, which only said “easy 7-day return.” The deduction is buried in a separate return policy page, which most customers wouldn’t even know to check. This is not transparent and feels like a hidden charge.
When I raised the issue, the team refused to refund the deduction, despite my repeated explanation that the charge was not disclosed during purchase. This shows a lack of fairness and customer respect.
I will be reporting this experience to the National Consumer Helpline, as it clearly falls under misleading and unfair trade practices.
Very disappointed — not recommended unless they fix their policies and become more transparent.
