Irony here is, package, bubble wrap, watch box evrything is intact, but the watch is damaged. I don't know how that would even happen. That raises a question, did the team intentionally sent a damaged one. Whatever I have returned the product and waiting for refund. Hope you address these issues at the earliest, which degrades the brand name.
