I had order two watches from Joker & Witch app.
Out of which i was delivered only one watch correctly and the other one was not what I ordered.
I raised a return & exchange request to get that one watch exchanged with the one which i originally ordered but i was informed by your helpline agent that the watch is not available since the last piece was damaged.
So i decided to return the wrong watch i had received in exchange of my money. The watch was returned by me a week ago to their delivery agent and have been delivered to joker and witch warehouse 48 hours ago yet there has no refund been made to me ... Also i have been trying to call on the helpline number but there is no response from the other side.
I am still waiting for my refund and hoping to get a positive response from your account.
The entire process of this return policy is very annoying and long even tho the mistake was made from your end.
PS - the one watch which i have received according to my order is average in quality and not upto my expectations.
