Once ordered a product can we return it for example I have ordered Perseus Silver Stainless Steel Chain Bracelet so in case I can return it or not
Its a wrong decition to buy from these frauad company. The shine faded as it comes in contact with water from the day next of wearing it

I had ordered the nestorhamp rope bracelet 8 days ago the product quality is so poor the lock of the bracelet is broken in 8 days and the colour also fading not worthless product

Just to let you know I'm still waiting for the fucking orders to be delivered to my address. Your delivery partner cancelling my delivery without calling me. He didn't even reached to the delivery address. I'm your customer, it is my first order I placed and look what a lovely service you giving to me. Now very soon I'll unsubscribe from your site because you have such poor logistics partner and because of this most of the customers are leaving your platform. If you really want to grow up your business then change your delivery partner. When your customer paying for the delivery and waiting for more than a week and when time comes for the product to be delivered, you delivery boy making wrong statement and cancelling the delivery. The result is, I would still be waiting for the product. God nows what you gonna do to rectify this forever. PLEASE BE NOTED, AT THE END CUSTOMER IS SUFFERRING AND THATS WHY THEY ARE LEAVING AND GOING IN SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Worst Shipping process form their side, when the package got out of delivery on excepted day, the delivery man couldn't even try to get the adress or even call for delivery, By evening around 5.45 pm suddenly package got returned, bcoz they mentioned particular person address is not ready to pick ❌
it's shame for the whole project.
