First of all this ring colour is fade day by day within 7 days! I'm totally disappointed
I have been wearing watches for as long as i remember and i always prefer quality over quantity and honestly J&W watch had elevated my watch collection and also it was complimented over a dozen time by random people i interact with on daily basis.
dial size is too big
I think there should dial size options to select correct size depending upon hand size ..before placing order and there is no info about dial size in product description..But the watch quality , packaging is very very good
Even after returning the watch, the different process is very slow. It has been 8 to 9 days now. Refund has not come. Customer care is also not responding to them.
