The product was different from the website..I didn't like and returned the product. I got a response from the customercare foe the receipt of returned item..however thereafter it's been a week now..I don't have any information for refund of my money..though I tried calls and mail also...
I think customers should be valued and both the sales and return should be equally honoured and treated in a professional way..this incidence gives a very bad image of the conpany..I am totally dissatisfied and would not recommend anyone to follow the site
