Secondly, it’s been 7–8 days since I returned it, and I still haven’t received my refund.
Thirdly, your policy says that ₹75 or maybe ₹99 will be deducted, but my order was worth ₹376, and you already deducted around ₹80 at the time of return.
Now I’ve received an email saying only ₹250 will be refunded, which I haven’t even received yet.
