The watch was good but the chain (black heart)was terrible the color fade in just 2days

Since last 10 days the packet is in under delivery I don't know which kind of delivery they doing infact they have mentioned some where that the address is incomplete but the address where this package scheduled for delivery is a land mark for the place.
