I recently ordered a watch from this brand, but unfortunately, it wasn't working right out of the box. I immediately placed a return request, but the customer service experience was frustrating.
Despite multiple calls and emails, the customer care team didn't respond promptly. When I did manage to get through, they'd ask for my order details, put me on hold, and then disconnect after a few minutes. It was like they weren't interested in helping.
After repeated attempts, they finally sent a replacement watch, but it was also defective, and the bracelet was missing. I requested a return and refund, but it's been over 25 days, and I'm still waiting.
The watch quality is subpar, and the return process is a nightmare. If you receive a defective product, be prepared for a headache. The lack of a smooth return system is disappointing.
