Problems with color fading

Paint around the fake chronograph buttons wearing off after 1 week of use.
Watch has not been subjected to any coarse environments. Worried it won't age well.
Also suggested to include a lot more details of color and materials for each watch in the official website.
Not satisfied with the quality of this purchase. But some other ones have been better

firstly i received wrong item .then I return and replace the order but i didn't not received any confirmation.if replace not possible my money is also not returned .there is no option to reach customer care.how to raise my question..pls respond and clear my problem
