I ordered 3 watches and i paid for 3 watches, but i received only one watch in one small box. I registered a complaint, and i got a reply email from your side, that email was we initiate exchange you will get confirmation mail within 48 hours, still now i didn't get any confirmation mail!

I like the watch but there is a big difference between the quality of dial and the wrist band... also the band is not adjustable.because of which the watch is too loose
