The product quality is too bad and team is not answering for our questions, i returned my item 8days before i didn't get refund till now

i ordered two watch one i keep other one i returned because it doesn’t fit my wrist and the watch i returned reached out to your office yesterday but yet i didnt received my money back this is really bad i would never repurchase from your sites i will never suggest anyone to buy from you your costumer services are not receiving my call i have mail you but yet didnt get any response from your side

I ordered a watch from this company, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. The product I received looks very cheap and nothing like the pictures shown on the website. The materials used feel flimsy, and it doesn’t even work properly. This is not worth the money at all. I would not recommend buying from this company. Very bad experience!
