I had purchased a watch as a Diwali gift for my wife. Unfortunately, the lock mechanism of the watch was faulty, which was quite disappointing. It appears that the quality checks may not be up to the expected standards, especially when such basic issues go unnoticed.
Additionally, the customer support number listed on your website has been unhelpful. The delivery experience with your courier partner, Blue Dart, was also unsatisfactory. They did not provide any prior intimation regarding the delivery time, nor did they share the contact details of the delivery personnel.
For the return process, I have already handed over the package to Blue Dart, but I have not received any confirmation or update from them regarding the pickup or return status.
I request you to kindly look into this matter and assist with a resolution at the earliest.
