I have not received any exchange order or any refund really a big fraud even CS is also not responding
the product quality is very poor at this prize they must have given a water proof watch but it's not ...the watch doesn't have the bettry even the local market watches have it and there return policy is like they really don't want any return 🤣 seriously not gonna order anything ever again form them ... don't fall for it it's a scam rather add little more money and you can find a sonata watch which has much better quality then they offer
