I ordered for the 7th time despite issues with the website crashes gone unnoticed, I prepaid in full & emailed J&W requesting a quick delivery for muly upcoming holiday but didn't receive the parcel.. The parcel arrived in my city while I was on holiday. I've received thousands of items via Bluedart, they always call before delivery & after a failed attempt as well - to let the recipient reschedule delivery. NOTHING of that sort happened for this prepaid order, the arrogant inefficient staff at J&W ordered MY PREPAID ITEMS to be returned WITHOUT my consent. I called bluedart, emailed J&W & Mithun at J&W tells me to PLACE ORDER AGAIN after holding my money for almost a month! J&W ALREADY has all my details, know I've been waiting for the items for long, and KNOW I've reported that the website crashes A LOT! I was willing to overlook all the delays & inefficiency & requested Mithun to just send the items as he ALREADY KNOWS everything, this is THE BARE MINIMUM when it comes to CUSTOMER CARE & SUPPORT. It seems J&W doesn't give a fuck about it's customers and I am Highly disappointed & angry at this pathetic disrespectful treatment!! I am not going to let this rest, I'm considering suing joker & witch for holding my money for so long and treating me horribly. I regret making any purchase from this scam brand that doesn't care about anyone's hard earned money at all.
