Defective item received. Return requested but not yet picked up
Firstly I received 2 watches in 1 box and one of their buckle’s color is faded so I had to return it but since both are in single box I had to return both watches. I have placed return request 10-15 days back and since it has not been picked up. I get message daily for pick up but no one comes. This is really frustrating. I even called customer care 3 days back and he told that courier company has delayed pickup and should be done in 24-48 hours. Its been 3 days since then and yet no one has come.
