I am highly disappointed with my recent purchase from Jocker and Witch. I ordered a watch, but to my shock, I only received an empty box without the watch inside. I immediately reached out to customer service, expecting a prompt resolution, but it’s been over a month, and the refund process hasn’t even started! Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no clear communication or satisfactory action taken to address this issue.
