I ordered two watches from the app I returned one for which I haven't yet received any refund amount and I put an exchange on another one because the one that came had a scratch on it, I haven't any update on that watch either do something.
My return parcel has been reached to your warehouse a week ago and refund is not done yet. No response from your team. Very bad quality watches and extremely bad service
