It has been 8 days now, and I still haven’t received my parcel. The delivery person attempted delivery only once on November 9, when I wasn’t home. I specifically requested that he hand over the parcel to my mother, and he agreed, but he didn’t came.
The preferred delivery date was November 10 because it was a birthday gift, but now it’s November 15, and I still haven’t received it. There have been no further attempts to deliver, and the portal keeps showing “delivery address not located by delivery guy” which is untrue.
This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Please talk to your courier service and resolve this issue immediately.
