i am still waiting .it just so worst that there is no proper action taken from you ..it is worst watch brand i ever see that your coustmer is waiting for order from 14 days and still no proper response from you
As I started using the wrist watch within two days the strap broke extremely disappointing
I return my order ASAP on the same day it got delivered till today I am struggling for refund as first their delivery partner didn't called me for me for three days but as per customer service executive I didn't receive the call and when actually the person came I return the order exact as as it delivered box bill bubble wrapped exactly the way it got delivered now from last two days they are saying we will mail you after quality check I had never ever face this kind of situation with any brand. It's very dissatisfying situation for me and I will never ever order any watch from this brand
