It’s been 7 days after placing a return and there is no response from the end of joker & witch till date. Very poor customer support service. We have had raised a return on the same day we received the product.
Quality is good but the earrings are too much heavy
I have submitted request for return of one of the watch in well within 7 working days. However, no response has been received till date from you. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have called also still no email response received from you. Will review the same on social media if my return request not processed in next 24 hours
